脊柱疾病呈现出逐年上升的趋势,而脊柱外科青年医师的培训却还是依照旧的模式。西安交通大学医学部第二附属医院在引进3D 打印机制作3D 模型指导手术的前提下,更进一步运用3D 打印等比例模型对青年医师的手术技巧进行训练。经过模型讲解、要点传授以及青年医师亲手在等比例模型上进行操作和分析得失,使其能够尽快掌握技术要领。结果显示,青年医师接受新的方法培训后,能够在1年内熟悉和精通脊柱全长的椎弓根螺钉的置入技巧。因此,将3D 打印等比例模型运用于脊柱外科手术训练是切实可行且效果比较明显的训练方法。

Spinal disorders show an increasing trend in these years.However,the training of young doctors in spine surgery still follows the old pattern.On the basis of introducing 3D printer to make 3D model to guide operation,our hospital further used the 3D printing equal proportion model to train young doctors in surgical techniques.The training consists of explanation of the model,teaching of key points,and young trainees'operation on the equal proportion model and result analysis so as to help them grasp the key points as soon as possible.Results show that after the one-year training with the new method,the young doctors became familiar with and skillful in inserting pedicle screws in the full-length spine.Therefore,applying the 3D printing equal proportion model into spine surgery training is feasible with obvious effects.
