The transformation and the upgrading of liquor-making industry in Guizhou put forward higher requirements on the talents majored in liquor-making applied science. Accordingly, Guizhou Light Industry Technical College has integrated production and education together and cooperated with enterprises to construct liquor-making training base for students. In this paper, the construction concepts and experience were introduced.
