目的：探讨乳腺癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素，为控制乳腺癌手术患者住院费用提供依据。方法收集广州市某三级甲等医院2013年1月1日-2014年12月31日出院的乳腺癌手术患者的住院病案首页，采用Wilcoxon秩和检验、Kruskal-Wallis H检验和多元线性回归分析进行住院费用影响因素的统计分析。结果影响乳腺癌手术患者住院费用的因素有化疗情况、住院天数、抢救次数和付款方式，其标准化回归系数分别是0.423、0.317、0.169和0.108。结论合理引导患者术后向下级医疗机构转诊、缩短住院天数、调整重症相关医保政策和控制自费患者费用，可以明显降低住院总费用，减轻患者负担。

ObjectiveTo explore the influence factors of hospitalization expenses in patients with breast cancer surgery, and provide the basis for control of hospitalization expenses of breast cancer surgery patients.Methods Collecting the front sheet of medical records of Discharge patients with breast cancer surgery in a level 3 first-class hospital in guangzhou from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014. Analyze the factors of hospitalization expenses by Wilcoxon rank sum test, Kruskal Wallis H inspection, mult-variable linear return analysis.Results Influence factors of hospitalization expenses were chemotherapy, hospitalization days, save times and payment method. The standardized regression coefficient is 0.423, 0.317, 0.169 and 0.108, respectively.Conclusion Reasonable guide post-operation patients to the subordinate medical institutions can shorten the hospitalization days, adjust the severe patients expenses related health policy and control its own cost, the hospitalization cost can be cut down obviously, reduce the financial burden on patients.
