通过现场勘查和应力校核,掌握机组给水泵入口管道的振动特性。通过结果分析,制定了调整管道原有水平限位支架、增设有条件限位支架的治理方案,支吊架经调整后,管道振动水平显著降低,管道刚度有效提升。

Through site investigation and stress check, the vibration characteristic of feed water pump’s inlet pipeline was mastered. After the analysis of the results, a preventive scheme was worked out, that formulated technical solutions to adjust the original piping horizontal limit supports, and increase conditional limit supports. The scheme signiifcantly reduced pipe vibration level, and improved the pipeline stiffness after adjustment.
