目的：观察舒适护理在手术室护理工作中应用的效果。方法选取我院收治的手术患者128例，随机抽取64例为对照组行常规护理，另64例为观察组行舒适护理，比较两组患者的手术治疗效果及术后并发症情况。结果观察组的总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术中，观察组的心率、舒张压峰值低于对照组，术前，观察组的焦虑程度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在手术室护理工作中应用舒适护理，提高了护理的满意度，消除了患者的负面情绪，保证了手术的高质量。

목적：관찰서괄호리재수술실호리공작중응용적효과。방법선취아원수치적수술환자128례，수궤추취64례위대조조행상규호리，령64례위관찰조행서괄호리，비교량조환자적수술치료효과급술후병발증정황。결과관찰조적총만의솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。술중，관찰조적심솔、서장압봉치저우대조조，술전，관찰조적초필정도저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재수술실호리공작중응용서괄호리，제고료호리적만의도，소제료환자적부면정서，보증료수술적고질량。
Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing in operation room nursing work. Methods 128 cases of surgical patients were selected,64 cases were randomly selected as the control group received routine nursing,and the other 64 cases were treated with comfort nursing.The effect of operation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the anxiety level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of comfortable nursing in operation room nursing,improve the nursing satisfaction, eliminate the negative emotions of patients,and ensure the high quality of the operation.
