①目的探讨知识员工心理契约现状及其与心理健康的关系。②方法采用工作单位感受的量表和个人健康与心理状况调查116名知识员工的心理契约和心理健康状况。③结果不同性别的知识员工之间在心理契约上不存在显著差异,而不同工龄的知识员工之间在心理契约上存在显著差异(F =36.76,50.63,40.48;P <00.5),从未换过单位的知识员工只在关系型心理契约上的得分明显高于至少更换过一次单位的知识员工(F =46.40,P <00.5);知识员工的心理契约(交易型、关系型和发展型)与心理健康之间存在显著正相关(r =02.24,03.05,02.67;P <00.1)。④结论知识员工的心理契约受工龄影响,并且与心理健康程度存在密切相关。

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge workers'psychological contract and its relationship with mental health . Methods "The workplace experience scales"and"personal health and psychological status" were used to investigate 116 knowledge workers'psychological contract and mental health .Results (1) There was no significant gender difference in psychological contract ,there existed significant differences in psychological contract ( F =3 .676 ,5 .063 ,4 .048;P < 0 .05)between different seniority of knowledge workers ;Knowledge workers with only one units had higher relational psychological contract score than those with above one units ( F = 4 .640 ,P < 0 .05) .(2)Knowledge workers'psychological contract (transactional ,relational and developmental) had significantly positive correlation with mental health ( r =0 2.24 ,0 3.05 ,0 2.67 ;P <0 0.1) .Conclusion The psychological con‐tract of knowledge workers is influenced by seniority ,and is closely related to their mental health .
