水库消落区是陆地生态系统和水生生态系统之间的过渡性生态系统，是控制周边陆域与水域生态系统的关键区域。在总结概述三峡水库消落区特点的基础上，分析了三峡水库消落区生态环境现状与主要问题，阐述了植物筛选与配置的研究结果，以及多种消落区保护与生态修复模式的实施效果。并且，针对性提出了对三峡水库消落区实施分级的保留保护和生态修复，强化对现状及变化趋势的监测评价，并积极开展消落区湿地生态修复相关技术研究与示范的建议。

Water-lever-fluctuating zone ( WLFZ) is a transitional ecosystem between terrestrial ecosystem and aquatic eco-system, also a key area to control terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the WLFZ in the Three Gorges Reservoir, the current situation and the main problems of ecological environment are analyzed; meanwhile, the results of plant selection and configuration are illustrated and the implementation effects of ecological conservation and restora-tion are expounded. Therefore, the suggestions are put forward such as the implementing classified protection and ecological res-toration, and strengthening the monitoring and evaluation, and actively implementing the relevant technology research and demon-stration.
