目的：探讨文拉法辛和黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的疗效和不良反应。②方法选取我科60例脑卒中后抑郁患者，给予文拉法辛或黛力新治疗6周。在治疗前及治疗后2、4、6周末，用汉密尔顿抑郁评定量表（HAMD）、焦虑量表（HAMA）和不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。③结果文拉法辛组和黛力新组的有效率分别为900．0％和666．7％，两组治疗后HAMD、HAMA得分较治疗前明显下降（ P ＜00．1）。文拉法辛组从第2周起的 HAMD、HAMA得分较黛力新组差异有显著性（P ＜00．1），且不良反应明显少于黛力新组。④结论文拉法辛缓释片治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效可靠，起效迅速，不良反应小。

Objective Investigate the efficacy and Adverse Reaction between venlafaxine (VEN) andDeanxitinthetreatmentofpost-strokedepression(PSD).Methods 60in-patientswithPSD were consecutively enrolled in this randomized open label study .They were treated with VEN or Deanx‐it randomly for 6 weeks .All patients were assessed at the day before treatment ,and the day after 2、4、6 weeks'treatment ,by using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD)、Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) and the Treatment-Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) .Results The effective rate of the group of VEN and Deanxit was 90 .00% and 66 .67% ,respectively .At the end of 6 weeks ,the de‐crease in the HAMD score and the HAMA score in bothgroups was significant( P <0 .01) .From the second week ,patients who were treated with VEN had a more significant decrease in the HAMD score than those who were treated with Deanxit ( P <0 0.1) .And the former had significantly less side effects than the latter .Conclusion The treatment of PSD by using VEN was proved to be reliable and rapid with fewer Adverse Reaction .
