①目的分析降钙素原（PCT）与C反应蛋白（CRP）联合检测对老年人感染性疾病的应用。②方法比较分析重度细菌性感染（39例）、一般细菌性感染（52例）、病毒性感染（48例）和非感性疾病（60例）PCT、CRP检测结果的差异。③结果重度细菌性感染（I组）、一般细菌性感染（II组）PC T水平均比病毒性感染组（III组）及非感染性疾病对照组（IV组）明显增高，差异有统计学意义（P＜00．5）；CRP在I、II、III组上的水平均比IV组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜00．5），但这3组两两之间的CRP存在的差异没有统计学意义（ P ＞00．5）。④结论 PCT与CRP均与老年人感染性疾病密切相关，联合检测有更大的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze application on detection of detection of Procalcitoin(PCT)com‐bined C-reactive protein(CRP)in infectious disease of elderly people .Methods To study differences between testing results of PCT and CRP with severe bacterial infections(39 cases) ,general bacterial in‐fections(52 cases) ,viral infection(48 cases)and non-inductive disease(60 cases) .Results PCT levels of severe bacterial infections(group I)and general bacterial infections(group II)significantly higher than those of viral infection group(group III)and control group(group IV) ,difference was statistically signif‐icant( P <0 0.5);CRP levels in group I ,II ,III were higher than that in group IV ,the difference was sta‐tistically significant( P <0 0.5) ,but the differences among the first three groups of CRP have no statis‐tical significance( P >0 .05) .Conclusion PCT and CRP are closely associated with the elderly infec‐tious diseases ,the combined detection has greater value .
