目的:探讨翻转课堂在临床医学专业妇产科教学中的作用。方法选取西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院临床医学专业五年制、七年制及八年制学生共120人为研究对象,随机分为两组各60人,一组为传统教学组,即对照组;另一组为翻转课堂教学方法组,即实验组,通过调查问卷和成绩测试对两组教学效果进行评价。结果实验组学生在学习能力、学习效率、学习态度及学习成绩等方面明显优于传统教学组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P =0.01)。结论在临床医学专业妇产科教学中应用翻转课堂教学模式满足了学生个性化学习、自主学习的需求,提高了学生的学习兴趣,促进了学习动机与态度转变。翻转课堂为妇产科学的教学改革带来新的途径。

Objective To study the role of flipped classroom in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics for clinical medicine.Methods We selected 120 students from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xian Jiaotong University Health Science Center majoring in clinical medicine of five-year,seven-year or eight-year system.We randomly divided them into Group I (the traditional teaching group,namely,the control group,n =60)and Group II (the flipped classroom teaching group,n =60).The teaching effect in the two groups was evaluated with questionnaire and test.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group,the students in the experimental group got better scores in learning ability,learning efficiency,learning attitude and academic performance.The difference between the two groups was significant (P =0.01).Conclusion Using flipped classroom in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology for clinical medicine can satisfy students 'individualized learning,needs for autonomic learning,and interest in learning.It can also promote change of learning motivation and attitude.Therefore,the flipped classroom brings a new way for the reform of obstetrics and gynecology teaching.
