本文基于地方高校软件工程专业实践教学存在的问题和面临的挑战，在深入研究分析国内软件工程专业教育发展现状，黑龙江大学软件学院就业情况及实践教学的软硬件资源的基础上，明确办学定位和培养目标。以软件工程专业规范为指南，以软件行业需求和提高实践能力为导向，提升就业竞争力为目标，提出了适合培养工程应用型软件人才的实践教学体系的思路和方案。

The paper firstly analyzed the current development situations of software engineering education , the employment situations and the software and hardware resources for the practical teaching in Software Engineering School of Heilongjiang University. Base on the above analyses, the school-running orientation and educational objectives are determined. Furthermore,with the software engineering specification as a guide , with the software industry needs and improving the practical ability as the steering and with promoting the employment competitiveness as the goal, the paper presented a new scheme for establishing the practical teaching system suitable for cultivating the application-oriented software talents.
