目的:分析社区老年慢性病患者对护理志愿者的满意度情况。方法2014年3月~2015年5月,选择南昌市广场北路社区200例老年慢性病患者作为调查对象。按照年龄不同,将老年慢性病患者分为两组,即A组(60~70岁)121例及B组(70岁以上)79例。比较两组满意度情况及依从性。结果 A组5例患者、B组6例患者问卷一致性较差,予以剔除。 A组服务内容满意度低于B组,B组服务时间满意度低于A组(P<0.01)。 A组依从性为75.86%,明显高于B组(60.27%)(P<0.05)。A组健康促进及疾病知识得分显著高于B组,B组疾病护理得分明显高于A组(P<0.01)。结论社区老年慢性病患者服务人员满意度及服务态度满意度均较高,60~70岁老年人内容满意度较低,健康促进及疾病知识需求更高;70岁以上老年人时间满意度及依从性较低,疾病护理需求更高,应给予针对性支持。

Objective To analyze the satisfaction on nursing volunteers by elderly patients with chronic diseases in community. Methods From March 2014 to May 2015,200 elderly patients with chronic diseases in square north road community were selected as investigated objects.According to different ages,they were divided into group A (n=121,aged from 60 to 70 years old) and group B (n=79,aged from over 70 years old).The satisfaction and compliance in the two groups were compared. Results Questionnaires in 5 patients in group A and 6 patients in group B were less consistent and were excluded.The satisfaction on service item in group A was lower than that in group B.The satisfaction on ser-vice time in group B was lower than that in group A (P<0.01).The compliance in group A and B was 75.86% and 60.27%respectively,and the former group was higher (P<0.01).The scores of health promotion and disease knowledge in group A were greatly higher than those in group B.The score of disease nursing in group B was higher in comparison with that in group A (P<0.01). Conclusion Satisfactions on service personnel and attitude are higher by elderly patients with chronic diseases in community.The content satisfaction is lower in patients aged from 60 to 70 years old and re-quirements of health promotion and disease knowledge are higher.Time satisfaction and compliance are a bit lower in patients aged over 70 years old,but higher requirement for disease nursing,which need targeted support.
