目的：分析白内障患者采取非超声乳化小切口与超声乳化吸除手术治疗的疗效。方法随机将501例白内障患者（均为单眼）分为研究组251例与对照组250例。对照组采取非超声乳化小切口手术治疗，而研究组采取超声乳化吸除手术治疗。结果研究组术后1天、1周时裸眼视力＞0.8的患者比例明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但术后1个月后对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；研究组在角膜水肿、虹膜损伤发生率上皆明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而前房虹膜反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采取超声乳化吸除手术比非超声乳化小切口手术治疗白内障的疗效更好，术后并发症少，安全性高，值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze cataract patients to take non phacoemulsification small incision with ultrasonic emulsiifcation gettering clinical effect of surgical treatment. Methods Randomly 501 cases of cataract patients (both for monocular) is divided into research group (251 cases) and control group (250 cases) and control group take non phacoemulsification small incision surgery, and the team take ultrasonic emulsification gettering surgery. Results Group 1 d after operation, 1 w when open hole vision>0.8 percentage signiifcantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), but after 1 month after contrast there was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05);Team on the corneal edema, iris injury incidence were signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), and iris anterior chamber reaction rate compared with no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Cataract patients taking ultrasonic emulsification gettering surgical treatment can obtain better effect than non phacoemulsification small incision surgery, less postoperative complications, high safety, is worth using for reference.
