我国制冷行业当前使用的R22的替代制冷剂主要为R32,R410A,以及氨(R717),这三种制冷剂都存在排气温度高的缺点,而吸气喷液是制冷系统中降低排气温度的一种有效手段。本文对R22及其替代制冷剂在吸气喷液时的循环性能进行了理论计算与对比分析。结果表明:R22和R410 A制冷系统可以在高温及高压比的条件下使用吸气喷液以降低排气温度;而在R32和R717制冷系统中使用吸气喷液,不仅可以满足降低排气温度的需求,还可以有效提高系统的制冷量和制冷系数( COP)。吸气喷液在这两种工质的制冷系统中将会得到广泛使用。

The alternative refrigerants of R22 are mainly Difluoromethane(R32), R410A and Ammonia (R717) in our country. The three refrigerants have the disadvantage of high discharge temperature. The suction injection cooling is an effective way to reduce the discharge temperature in refrigeration system. In this paper, the performance of the refrigeration cycle with suction injection using the four refrigerants are compared and analyzed theoretically. The results indicates that the suction injection can only be adopted to reduce the discharge temperature of the refrige-ration system using the refrigerant R22 and R410A . Moreover, in the refrigeration system using R32 and R717, the suction injection can be used not only for reducing the discharge temperature, but also improving the capacity and coefficient of performance ( COP) of the system. Therefore, it will be widely used in the refrigeration system using the refrigerant R32 or R717 .
