目的:探讨超声弹性成像应变率比值法(Ultrasonography Strain Ratio ,USR)在乳腺良恶性疾病中的应用价值。方法收集选取我院甲状腺乳腺外科门诊及住院乳腺肿物患者138例共138个乳腺肿块,先进行常规超声检查,然后启动弹性成像,图像稳定后采集存图,对采集存取的图像进行分析,对肿块进行弹性应变率数值的测定(乳腺肿块组织/患侧正常乳腺的腺体组织)。结果乳腺良性肿块的S/R比值为(1.97±0.79),恶性肿块的S/R比值为(4.98±1.31),两组间比较有统计学差异( P<0.05)。结论超声弹性应变率比值法对乳腺肿块的硬度能够以数值的形式进行较为直观的体现,能够对组织硬度进行半定量的评价,较传统方法来说,其对疾病的评价结果更为直观。

목적:탐토초성탄성성상응변솔비치법(Ultrasonography Strain Ratio ,USR)재유선량악성질병중적응용개치。방법수집선취아원갑상선유선외과문진급주원유선종물환자138례공138개유선종괴,선진행상규초성검사,연후계동탄성성상,도상은정후채집존도,대채집존취적도상진행분석,대종괴진행탄성응변솔수치적측정(유선종괴조직/환측정상유선적선체조직)。결과유선량성종괴적S/R비치위(1.97±0.79),악성종괴적S/R비치위(4.98±1.31),량조간비교유통계학차이( P<0.05)。결론초성탄성응변솔비치법대유선종괴적경도능구이수치적형식진행교위직관적체현,능구대조직경도진행반정량적평개,교전통방법래설,기대질병적평개결과경위직관。
Objective To investigate the value of the ultrasonography strain ratio method in breast diseases .Methods We se‐lected patients with breast diseases in our hospital ,a total of 138 patients with 138 breast masses .After performing routine ul‐trasounic examination ,we obtained the ultrasound elasticity image and stored for analysis later .Then we evaluated the elastic strain ratio (the ratio of breast tumor to normal breast tissue) using the measure software of the imaging system .Results The S/R of benign breast masses (1.67 ± 0.79) were difference with the malignant tumors (4 .98 ± 1 .31) significantly (P<0.05) .Conclusion The ultrasonic strain ratio method can display the rigidity of breast tumors semi‐quantity in numerical val‐ue .The method is more objective than conventional diagnostic method .
