目的：通过实施科室强化管理，评估医药分开改革前后门诊量、次均费用、药占比等各项医疗业务数据的变化。方法在医院医疗管理信息工作站中方便抽取实施医药分开前2012年1月-2012年8月及实施医药分开后2013年1月-2013年8月某综合医院心理科每月各项医疗业务数据并比较其变化。结果医改后专家门诊量无显著下降（1047.62±143.460 vs 998.00±114.556，P＜0.05）；月次均费用、月次均药费显著下降（分别是470.93±42.213 vs 383.65±14.694，P＜0.05；437.33±33.719 vs 301.41±15.692， P＜0.05），而月医疗收入显著提高（9.275±2.7794 vs 25.687±1.7924，P＜0.05）。结论通过强化科室管理，可以有效地实现医改“医药分开”的预定目标。

목적：통과실시과실강화관리，평고의약분개개혁전후문진량、차균비용、약점비등각항의료업무수거적변화。방법재의원의료관리신식공작참중방편추취실시의약분개전2012년1월-2012년8월급실시의약분개후2013년1월-2013년8월모종합의원심이과매월각항의료업무수거병비교기변화。결과의개후전가문진량무현저하강（1047.62±143.460 vs 998.00±114.556，P＜0.05）；월차균비용、월차균약비현저하강（분별시470.93±42.213 vs 383.65±14.694，P＜0.05；437.33±33.719 vs 301.41±15.692， P＜0.05），이월의료수입현저제고（9.275±2.7794 vs 25.687±1.7924，P＜0.05）。결론통과강화과실관리，가이유효지실현의개“의약분개”적예정목표。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the change of out-patient quantity, average cost, component ratio of the drug before and after the separating drug sales from medical services.Methods Select the medical data of a general hospital psychological department before and after the separating drug sales from medical services(2012.1-2012.8 and 2013.1-2013.8) and analyze their change. ResultsAfter the medical innovation, there was no significant difference in the expert outpatient quantity(1047.62±143.460 vs 998.00±114.556,P<0.05), and there was significant decline in the average cost and component ratio of the drug(470.93±42.213 vs 383.65±14.694,P<0.05;437.33±33.719 vs 301.41±15.692,P<0.05). Monthly medical income was significant increased (9.275 ±2.7794 vs 25.687±1.7924,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthen the department management may achieve the goal of separating drug sales from medical services.
