高职院校教学督导工作，是推进教育教学改革，提高教学质量的重要保障。长沙职业技术学院确立了院系两级教学督导管理模式，建立了比较有效的教学督导运行机制。构建和完善教学督导工作机制需要从督导工作制度、督导队伍建设，督导信息反馈等方面入手，不断提高教学督导工作和管理水平。
