目的：探讨瘢痕妊娠子宫动脉置管术后超声引导下行清宫术的安全性及有效性。方法 Seld-ingger法经皮穿刺右侧股动脉，常规进行双侧子宫动脉造影检查，造影导管置入优势供血动脉，随后在超声引导下进行清宫术；清宫术中术后出现大出血则即刻进行子宫动脉栓塞，无大出血则结束手术。结果清宫术中2例患者出现大出血，成功进行双侧子宫动脉栓塞；7例患者无大出血仅行子宫动脉造影，完全保留子宫动脉。结论子宫动脉置管术后超声引导下行清宫术是治疗瘢痕妊娠安全有效的方法，可以最大限度地减少对患者的损伤。
목적：탐토반흔임신자궁동맥치관술후초성인도하행청궁술적안전성급유효성。방법 Seld-ingger법경피천자우측고동맥，상규진행쌍측자궁동맥조영검사，조영도관치입우세공혈동맥，수후재초성인도하진행청궁술；청궁술중술후출현대출혈칙즉각진행자궁동맥전새，무대출혈칙결속수술。결과청궁술중2례환자출현대출혈，성공진행쌍측자궁동맥전새；7례환자무대출혈부행자궁동맥조영，완전보류자궁동맥。결론자궁동맥치관술후초성인도하행청궁술시치료반흔임신안전유효적방법，가이최대한도지감소대환자적손상。
Objective To investigate a safe and effective method for curettage using uterine artery catheter-ization under the guidance of ultrasound in wewen with scar pregnancy.Methods Percutaneous puncture of the right femoral artery was performed by seldingger method, followed by conventional bilateral uterine artery angiography and angiography catheter placement advantage artery then in angiography in the diagnosis of uterine curettage in bed, un-der the guidance of ultrasound.If intraoperative and postoperative bleeding of uterine curettage happened, uterine ar-tery embolization was performed immediately, and the operation was ended if no massive hemorrhage occurred.Re-sults Intraoperative hemorrhage occurred in 2 patients and the embolization of bilateral uterine artery was performed successfully on them.No bleeding happened in 7 patients who were performed only for uterine artery angiography with uterine artery completely retained.Conclusion Uterine artery catheterization after ultrasound guided curettage in pa-tients with scar pregnancy is safe and effective, which can minimize the damage to the patients.
