针对某型现役航空发动机工作超温故障时有发生,严重影响飞行安全的客观事实,在对其温度测量与限制系统工作原理分析的基础上,详细分析研究了不同类型工作超温的故障机理,故障发生时机、故障特征以及可能的故障原因。基于工作超温的故障机理分析,给出了较为合理的排故流程,以达到提高该发动机工作超温故障排除效率和保证其安全可靠运行的目的。

The over-temperature fault occurs frequently in the working process for the active service aero engine, which brings harmful-ly affect to flying safety.Based on analyzing the operation theory of aero engine's temperature measurement and temperature limitation system, the fault mechanism, fault characteristics, fault reasons and fault occurrence time for different kinds of working over-tempera-ture were studied in detail.According to the findings, the paper proposes reasonable troubleshooting flow, in order to improve the effi-ciency of removal of over-temperature fault and offer some assurance for the safe operation.
