对于能源高效、低污染利用的迫切要求,燃气蒸汽联合循环得到广泛应用。本文根据燃气轮机设计参数,建立了三压无再热蒸汽底循环系统流程,开展了设计工况蒸汽参数的匹配研究及底循环系统流程参数的合理化设计;并在此基础上,开展了全工况条件下底循环性能分析;针对某些工况下省煤器工质出现的汽化问题,分别在参数设计和系统结构方面提出了相应的解决方案。

With urgent requirements of high efficiency and low pollution of energy utilization, gas-steam combined cycle is widely used in power station.In this paper, based on gas turbine design condition, a triple pressure without reheat steam bottom cycle system is established and parameters matching between different pressure steam and reasonable design of bottom cycle are carried out.On this basis, the performance analysis of steam bottom cycle at all operating condition is conducted.As for vaporization problem at exit of the economizer at part-load condition, some of original parameters are designed again as one solution and the bottom cycle process is partly improved as another solution.
