In order to solve the low efficiency of manual assembly and high cost problems in the manufacturing of auto parts , it proposes a kind of automatic equipment with round table and multistage .It uses PLC as the core control device, and designs the automatic control system .This system meets the requirement of flexible assem -ble,and has the advantages of simple structure ,convenient operation , practicality etc.
