介绍一种基于Labwindows/CVI的混流式水轮机选型计算软件。建立了包括水轮机型谱、模型综合特性曲线、设计资料和已建电站数据在内的较为详细的数据库。软件利用电站原始数据自动选择水轮机模型,计算转轮直径、额定转速、吸出高度等参数,再利用样条插值方法,从水轮机模型综合特性曲线上读取额定工况点的单位转速和单位流量,计算额定工况下的流量、出力等参数,最终绘制水轮机运转综合特性曲线。实例验证表明:设计开发的水轮机选型计算软件能够提高水电站水力机械设计工作质量与效率,优化工程设计,并达到自动统计电站数据目的。

In this paper ,we introduce a calculation software of hydro-turbine model selection based on Labwindows/CVI .A detailed database is constructed including hydro-turbine model spectrum ,model synthetic characteristic curve ,design material and power sta‐tion data already built .The software can choose the appropriate model of hydro-turbine automatically and calculate the diameter of runners ,rated speed ,draught-height using the given data of power stations .Using the spline interpolation method ,the software can read rotating speed and discharge under the rated conditions from the hydro-turbine model synthetic characteristic curve ,and calcu‐late the quantity of electricity and flow .Finally ,it would draw the operating synthetic characteristic curve .Engineering examples show that the hydro-turbine model selection calculation software can improve the quality and efficiency of the hydraulic machinery de‐sign ,thus optimizing the design of the project and achieving the purpose of automatic statistical power station data .
