目的：探讨分析对手术患者实施不同护理干预对其术后口渴情况的影响。方法：选取2014年6月至2014年7月间我院收治的接受全麻或椎管内麻醉手术治疗的患者64例作为研究对象，按照住院单双号将其分为传统组（32例）和试验组（32例），采用棉签蘸水湿润口唇的方法为传统组患者进行护理，采用黄瓜片贴敷口唇及口周的方法为试验组患者进行护理，观察对比两组患者术后口渴的缓解情况，并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果：护理干预1小时后，试验组患者口渴的缓解率明显高于传统组患者，差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。护理干预3小时后，试验组患者口渴的缓解率明显高于传统组患者，差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：用黄瓜片贴敷患者口唇及口周的方法能明显缓解手术患者术后口渴的情况，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토분석대수술환자실시불동호리간예대기술후구갈정황적영향。방법：선취2014년6월지2014년7월간아원수치적접수전마혹추관내마취수술치료적환자64례작위연구대상，안조주원단쌍호장기분위전통조（32례）화시험조（32례），채용면첨잠수습윤구진적방법위전통조환자진행호리，채용황과편첩부구진급구주적방법위시험조환자진행호리，관찰대비량조환자술후구갈적완해정황，병장대비적결과급량조환자적림상자료진행회고성적분석。결과：호리간예1소시후，시험조환자구갈적완해솔명현고우전통조환자，차이현저（P＜0.05），구유통계학의의。호리간예3소시후，시험조환자구갈적완해솔명현고우전통조환자，차이현저（P＜0.05），구유통계학의의。결론：용황과편첩부환자구진급구주적방법능명현완해수술환자술후구갈적정황，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To compare the influence of wetting labia oris with wet cotton swabs and of making cucumber slices cover labia oris and peri-oral of surgical patients’ postoperative dipsia.Methods Choose a total of 64 patients, surgeried with general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia,received by us hospital from June to July in 2014. Divide them into traditional group and testing group,32 cases each,by the rule of odd-even adjudging of their ADs.Use wet cotton slices to wet lips of patienrs in traditional group, cucumber slices were applied to patients in testing group.Compare the effect on the two groups of patients. Results After 1 hour of nursing intervention, the testing group thirsty relieving degree is superior to the traditional group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);After 3 hours, the thirsty reliecing degree of testing group is obviously better than traditional group, with significant difference (P < 0.001).Conclusion Making cucumber slices cover labia oris and peri-oral of surgical patients can obviously relieve surgical patients’ postoperative dipsia, which is superior to the methods used in traditional group, so it is worth clinical promotion.
