大学生自杀给家庭、学校和社会带来了巨大的冲击。自杀大学生在心理上具有低自我认同、现实无助感、生活无意义感三个显著的特征。叙事心理治疗采用问题外化、发现独特结果和丰厚替代故事等方法,对大学生形成积极自我认同、建立社会支持系统、重构生命意义等方面具有良好的干预效果。

The suicide of university students has brought tremendous impact to the families, schools, and com-munity. Students who suicide have three salient psychological features: low self-identity, helpless realistic sense, sense of meaningless life. Narrative Psychotherapy's methods of externalizing the problems, finding unique outcome and en-riching alternative stories have a good effect of the intervention on many respects including a positive self-identity, the establishment of a social support system and the rewrite of the meaning of life.
