十年树木、百年树人，教育兴国的思想已经普遍被人们所接受，终身学习、终身受教育的理念也逐渐深入人心，学习的途径有多种，主要分为社会性学习和校园学习，学生在学校里接受的学习是学生接受教育的主要方式，高中生正在接受基础性教育，学业压力大，学生学习困难多，学生处于青春期和升学期的双重压力下，不少学生开始出现学习成绩下滑、学习态度转变、学习动力不足等问题，文章从高中生面临的学习困境出发，分析了当前高中生学习中自学能力的重要性，进而提出了提高高中生自学能力的措施，希望能为高中学生和一线教学老师提供理论借鉴。

The idea of rejuvenating the nation with education has generally been accepted, and the idea of lifelong learning and lifelong education has been widely accepted gradually. There are a number of ways of learning, mainly divided into learning in the society and learning on campus. Students' learning at school is the main form of student education. Senior high school students are receiving basic education with heavy academic pressure and many difficulties in learning, and their academic performance begins to decline, and their attitudes toward learning begin to change because of the lack of learning motivation, under the dual pressure of the adolescence and college entrance examination. Starting from the learning difficulties faced by senior high school students, this paper analyzes the importance of the current senior high school students' self-study ability, and then proposes some measures to improve senior high school students' self-study abil-ity, hoing to provide a theoretical reference for senior high school students and first-line teachers.
