柚子皮中总黄酮化合物的最优提取工艺为微波功率400 W,提取时间5 min,乙醇浓度85%,物料比25:1.并对其抗氧化性进行了研究,结果表明,柚子皮中总黄酮化合物对氢氧自由基有较好的清除作用,与柚子皮中总黄酮化合物的浓度有一定的关系.
