采用钛酸丁酯溶胶凝胶法制备一系列不同 Ti /Al 摩尔比的 Al2 O3-TiO2复合载体,借助 TG-DTG、XRD、FT-IR、SEM-EDS、BET 等手段对载体进行表征.研究表明,钛酸丁酯的浓度直接影响壳层 TiO2的均匀性以及团聚情况.Ti /Al 的合适摩尔比例为0.02~0.04,此时包覆层比较均匀.随着钛酸丁酯浓度的增加,Al2 O3-TiO2比表面积、孔容逐渐下降,可能由于加入低表面积的 TiO2,阻塞了 Al2 O3孔道.当 pH 范围为1~2,溶胶稳定透明,载体比表面积较大,约为199 m2·g -1.
採用鈦痠丁酯溶膠凝膠法製備一繫列不同 Ti /Al 摩爾比的 Al2 O3-TiO2複閤載體,藉助 TG-DTG、XRD、FT-IR、SEM-EDS、BET 等手段對載體進行錶徵.研究錶明,鈦痠丁酯的濃度直接影響殼層 TiO2的均勻性以及糰聚情況.Ti /Al 的閤適摩爾比例為0.02~0.04,此時包覆層比較均勻.隨著鈦痠丁酯濃度的增加,Al2 O3-TiO2比錶麵積、孔容逐漸下降,可能由于加入低錶麵積的 TiO2,阻塞瞭 Al2 O3孔道.噹 pH 範圍為1~2,溶膠穩定透明,載體比錶麵積較大,約為199 m2·g -1.

A series of Al2 O3-TiO2 composite supporters with different mole ratio of Ti /Al were prepared by sol-gel method.And the samples were characterized by TG/DTG,XRD,FT-IR,SEM-EDS and BET in order to se-lect the optimum synthetic conditions.The experimental results indicated that the uniformity and agglomeration of TiO2 could be changed by the concentration Butyl Titanate when the Ti /Al =0.02,0.04,Al2 O3-TiO2 had u-niform coating layer.With increasing the concentrations of Butyl Titanate,the surface area and pore volume of Al2 O3-TiO2 decreased due to the additon of TiO2 with low surface area.A stable transparent sol was synthesized when pH value was 1 to 2,and the specific surface area of the supporter was about 1 99 m2 ·g -1 .
