目的:分析医疗纠纷成因,从医院内部查找诊疗过程中存在的缺陷,探索防范措施。方法采取回顾性研究,对某三甲医院2012年-2014年结案的67例纠纷案例中存在的缺陷进行统计分析。结果医疗纠纷案例存在的缺陷中诊疗过程缺陷47.76%、医患沟通缺陷43.28%、病案书写缺陷17.91%及科室管理和科间协作缺陷8.96%,且往往有多个缺陷并存。结论正确理性的对待医疗纠纷,加强管理,规范诊疗行为,提高沟通能力,做好风险防范,减少医疗纠纷。

목적:분석의료규분성인,종의원내부사조진료과정중존재적결함,탐색방범조시。방법채취회고성연구,대모삼갑의원2012년-2014년결안적67례규분안례중존재적결함진행통계분석。결과의료규분안례존재적결함중진료과정결함47.76%、의환구통결함43.28%、병안서사결함17.91%급과실관리화과간협작결함8.96%,차왕왕유다개결함병존。결론정학이성적대대의료규분,가강관리,규범진료행위,제고구통능력,주호풍험방범,감소의료규분。
Objective To analyze causes of medical dispute, find the defects existing in the diagnosis and treatment process from the hospital internal, and explore the preventive measures.Methods Defects in 67 cases of dispute cases were analyzed by the retrospective study in a top three hospital from 2012 to 2014. Results The flaws of the medical dispute cases were diagnosis and treatment process defects 47.76%, doctor-patient communication defects 43.28%, medical record writing defects 17.91%, department of management and collaboration defect 8.96%, and often have more than one defect.ConclusionRationally treat the medical disputes correctly, strengthen management and standard medical behavior, improve the ability to communicate, do a good job in risk prevention, and reduce medical disputes.
