本文试图通过对身体部位“背”在壮汉英三本词典的主要义项的对比研究,旨在揭示词典义项的相同与异同,为进一步揭示词义衍生机制打下基础。具体来说,研究两个主要问题:(1)“背”的义项所涉及的认知域有无差异?(2)认知域与范畴化是否具有跨语言异同?研究发现,词典义项涉及的认知域大体相同,但略有跨语言的认知域和范畴化差异。
本文試圖通過對身體部位“揹”在壯漢英三本詞典的主要義項的對比研究,旨在揭示詞典義項的相同與異同,為進一步揭示詞義衍生機製打下基礎。具體來說,研究兩箇主要問題:(1)“揹”的義項所涉及的認知域有無差異?(2)認知域與範疇化是否具有跨語言異同?研究髮現,詞典義項涉及的認知域大體相同,但略有跨語言的認知域和範疇化差異。

This thesis aims at discovering the expanding mechanism in lexical meaning by finding the similari-ties and differences through comparison of main senses about "laeng" Zhuang, Chinese and English. Two issues need to be studied: Are there any difference in the cognitive domains involving the senses of "laeng"? Are there cross-lingual differences in cognitive domains and decategorization? The finding shows that the cognitive domains involving dictionary meaning are similar approximately but there exist some cross-lingual differences in cognitive domains and decategorization.
