目的：分析个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压与并发症的影响。方法选取我院2012年4月～2014年9月收治的100例老年高血压患者作为观察对象，采用随机分组的方式将其分成两组，每组50例，对照组采取常规护理，实验组采取个体化护理，观察比较两组患者护理后并发症的发生率与血压的情况。结果两组患者护理后并发症的发生率与血压的情况的比较结果存在显著差异，P＜0.05。结论对老年高血压患者采取个体化护理，能有效降低患者并发症的发生率以及血压。

목적：분석개체화호리대노년고혈압환자혈압여병발증적영향。방법선취아원2012년4월～2014년9월수치적100례노년고혈압환자작위관찰대상，채용수궤분조적방식장기분성량조，매조50례，대조조채취상규호리，실험조채취개체화호리，관찰비교량조환자호리후병발증적발생솔여혈압적정황。결과량조환자호리후병발증적발생솔여혈압적정황적비교결과존재현저차이，P＜0.05。결론대노년고혈압환자채취개체화호리，능유효강저환자병발증적발생솔이급혈압。
Objective To analyze the impact of individualized care for elderly patients with blood pressure and complications of hypertension.Methods In our hospital from April 2012 to September 2014 were treated 100 cases of elderly patients with hypertension as the observed object, using randomized manner will be divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, the control group received usual care, taking the experimental group individualized care, the two groups were observed and compared the situation morbidity and blood pressure after treatment.Results There the comparison result the incidence of complications and blood pressure conditions after two significantly different patient care,P<0.05.ConclusionIndividual elderly hypertension patients to take care of patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and blood pressure.
