选用锥形刀进行加工分子泵整体涡轮转子时,由于锥形刀加工时刀轴与叶片表面必须存在一定角度,所以加工方式一定为点切削,叶片表面光顺度不高且加工效率难以进一步提高。针对现有加工路径的不足,本文基于 UG软件的CAD/CAM功能模块,应用T型铣刀精加工,设计了新的数控加工路径,理论上可提高生产效率、简化加工程序、提高叶片表面光顺度。
選用錐形刀進行加工分子泵整體渦輪轉子時,由于錐形刀加工時刀軸與葉片錶麵必鬚存在一定角度,所以加工方式一定為點切削,葉片錶麵光順度不高且加工效率難以進一步提高。針對現有加工路徑的不足,本文基于 UG軟件的CAD/CAM功能模塊,應用T型鐉刀精加工,設計瞭新的數控加工路徑,理論上可提高生產效率、簡化加工程序、提高葉片錶麵光順度。

When using a conical cutter to process the whole turbine rotor of the molecular pump,the machining method must be point cutting,because the cutter axis and the blade surface must have a certain angle in the process of cutting.The Smoothing degree surface of the leaves is not high and the processing efficiency is difficult to be further improved.In view of the deficiency of the exist-ing process path,with the application of T type milling cutter,a new NC machining path baced on CAD/CAM function module of UG software is designed,which can improve the production effi-ciency,simplify the processing procedure,and improve the surface smoothness of the blade.
