目的：观察丹红注射液辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果。方法2011年10月~2014年10月,选择我院临床确诊的不稳定型心绞痛患者39例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组19例常规给予西药治疗,治疗组20例在对照组常规西药治疗的基础上,加用丹红注射液40 ml静脉滴注,1次/d。疗程均为2周。结果治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显副作用。结论丹红注射液联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果显著,可在临床中借鉴使用。

목적：관찰단홍주사액보조치료불은정형심교통적치료효과。방법2011년10월~2014년10월,선택아원림상학진적불은정형심교통환자39례,수궤분위치료조화대조조。대조조19례상규급여서약치료,치료조20례재대조조상규서약치료적기출상,가용단홍주사액40 ml정맥적주,1차/d。료정균위2주。결과치료조적료효명현우우대조조(P<0.05),차무명현부작용。결론단홍주사액연합서약치료불은정형심교통적효과현저,가재림상중차감사용。
Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection as adjuvant therapy treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods From October 2011 to October 2014,39 cases clinically diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.19 cases of control group were given west-ern medicine therapy,whereas 20 cases of treatment group were given Danhong injection of 40 ml for intravenous drip once per day on the basis of western medicine therapy in control group.The course of treatment was two weeks. Results The effect of treatment group was evidently superior to that of control group (P<0.05),and without obvious side effect. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with western medicine therapy has significant effect in the treatment of unsta-ble angina pectoris,which can be used for reference in clinic.
