在篮球教学中，怎样培养学生的篮球兴趣使篮球运动成为他们内心的需要，是搞好教学，提高教学质量不可缺少的因素。本文从篮球兴趣着手，采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等调查方法，从篮球兴趣对南宁市卫生学校学生进行调查分析，以发现其中存在的问题和不足，并提供相应的对策，为促进学校体育教育工作的进一步发展而服务。结果表明，篮球运动在中职学生中开展得很好，影响学生进行篮球运动的主要因素是客观因素。
