传统的配电网保护是基于对保护对象的单方向电气特征的检测,但是由于在含小水电微网中潮流的双向流动使得该方案可靠性较低。为了适应小水电微网的应用环境,提高保护装置的可靠性和准确性,提出一种新的保护策略,即在含小水电的馈线上采用纵差动保护,在只载有非敏感负荷的馈线上采用反时限过电流保护,以避免传统保护无法适应潮流双向流动的缺点。并通过PSCAD/EM TDC软件进行模型的构建,验证策略的有效性和可行性。

The traditional strategy of distribution network protection is only based on the single electrical direction characteristics of the protected targets .However ,because the trend in small hydropower micro grid flows bi-directionally ,this strategy becomes in‐creasingly unreliable .In order to adapt to the new application environment of small hydropower micro grid and improve the protection installations ,reliability and accuracy ,this paper raises a new strategy :longitudinal differential protection is used in power feeder with small hydropower ,and inverse time over current protection is equipped in power feeder with non-sensitive load only .Therefore ,it is possible to avoid the disadvantages of traditional strategies .Lastly ,a mode is constructed by PSCAD/EMTDC software to test whether the strategy is effective and practicable or not .
