H 型钢的成型方法有热轧和焊接组合成型两种生产方式。热轧 H 型钢规格有一定的标准要求，而焊接组合 H 型钢规格范围广，可以按照用户要求选择。但由于焊接成型在焊接区存在焊接残余热应力，焊接区的组织不同，存在组织应力，易于产生焊接缺陷。给出了翼板和腹板在放样、号料、切割、拼接、矫正、预变形等方面工艺条件和方法，减少焊接缺陷，保证焊接质量。

The forming method of H -flange steel has two kinds of production modes for hot rolling and welding. Hot rolled H -flange steel specifications have a certain standard,while the welded combination of H -flange steel can be selected according to the production requirements.However,due to residual heat stress in the welding area and welding zone organization,there is a tissue stress,which makes it easy to produce welding defects.Through re-search of the wing plate and web lofting,marking,cutting,stitching,correction,pre -deformation,it is possible to reduce welding defects and ensure the welding quality.
