H 型钢的成型方法有热轧和焊接组合成型两种生产方式。热轧 H 型钢规格有一定的标准要求,而焊接组合 H 型钢规格范围广,可以按照用户要求选择。但由于焊接成型在焊接区存在焊接残余热应力,焊接区的组织不同,存在组织应力,易于产生焊接缺陷。给出了翼板和腹板在放样、号料、切割、拼接、矫正、预变形等方面工艺条件和方法,减少焊接缺陷,保证焊接质量。
H 型鋼的成型方法有熱軋和銲接組閤成型兩種生產方式。熱軋 H 型鋼規格有一定的標準要求,而銲接組閤 H 型鋼規格範圍廣,可以按照用戶要求選擇。但由于銲接成型在銲接區存在銲接殘餘熱應力,銲接區的組織不同,存在組織應力,易于產生銲接缺陷。給齣瞭翼闆和腹闆在放樣、號料、切割、拼接、矯正、預變形等方麵工藝條件和方法,減少銲接缺陷,保證銲接質量。

The forming method of H -flange steel has two kinds of production modes for hot rolling and welding. Hot rolled H -flange steel specifications have a certain standard,while the welded combination of H -flange steel can be selected according to the production requirements.However,due to residual heat stress in the welding area and welding zone organization,there is a tissue stress,which makes it easy to produce welding defects.Through re-search of the wing plate and web lofting,marking,cutting,stitching,correction,pre -deformation,it is possible to reduce welding defects and ensure the welding quality.
