目的 观察晶状体超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果.方法 超声乳化吸出后房型折叠人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术42例(58眼),术后随访6 ～12个月,分析术后眼压及视力等情况.结果 术前眼压30～45 mmHg(1 mmHg =0.133 kPa),术后随访期末眼压8 ～ 15 mmHg,术后矫正视力≥0.3者36眼(62.06％),优于术前的6眼(10.34％).结论 超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼伴发白内障安全有效.
目的 觀察晶狀體超聲乳化聯閤小樑切除術治療閉角型青光眼閤併白內障的臨床效果.方法 超聲乳化吸齣後房型摺疊人工晶狀體植入聯閤小樑切除術42例(58眼),術後隨訪6 ～12箇月,分析術後眼壓及視力等情況.結果 術前眼壓30～45 mmHg(1 mmHg =0.133 kPa),術後隨訪期末眼壓8 ～ 15 mmHg,術後矯正視力≥0.3者36眼(62.06％),優于術前的6眼(10.34％).結論 超聲乳化人工晶狀體植入聯閤小樑切除術治療閉角型青光眼伴髮白內障安全有效.
목적 관찰정상체초성유화연합소량절제술치료폐각형청광안합병백내장적림상효과.방법 초성유화흡출후방형절첩인공정상체식입연합소량절제술42례(58안),술후수방6 ～12개월,분석술후안압급시력등정황.결과 술전안압30～45 mmHg(1 mmHg =0.133 kPa),술후수방기말안압8 ～ 15 mmHg,술후교정시력≥0.3자36안(62.06％),우우술전적6안(10.34％).결론 초성유화인공정상체식입연합소량절제술치료폐각형청광안반발백내장안전유효.
Objective To observe the effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods Fifty-eight eyes of 42 cases underwent phacoemulsification and implantation of posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens combined with trabeculectomy.Postoperative follow-up was 6 months.The visual acuity and intraocular pressure was analysed,Results The preoperative intraocular pressure was 30-45 mmHg.The intraocular pressure at the last follow-up was 8-15 mmHg.The corrected visual acuity was better than 0.3 in 36 eyes (62.06％) and better than preoperative one in 4 eyes (10.34％).Conclusion Phacoemulsification and implantation of posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens combined with trabeculectomy is safe and effective for angle closure glaucoma with cartaract.
