研究仅在重力作用下纸张在纸道出口处的动态变形。建立了纸张进给试验台,利用高速摄影机测量纸张进给速度以及纸张在不同进给速度下通过水平通道在出口处的动态变形。当进给速度由105.92 mm/s增加到215.28 mm/s时,纸张下降高度由36.0 mm减小到20.0 mm。通过调整纸张进给速度改变纸张端部的运动位置,为纸张进给过程中准确到达预定位置提供设计依据。

It studies the unconstrained motion feature of feeding paper under gravity during the transition phase of entrance and exit .It builds the paper motion model through exit , utilizes high-speed camcorder to measure the paper feeding speed and the dynamic deformation through entrance and exit under different velocity , analyzes the impact of velocity on paper deformation .When velocity increases from 105mm/s to 215mm/s, the dynamic de-formation decreases with feeding speed , at the meanwhile , the height decreases from 36mm to 20mm.Adjusting the terminal motion location through paper feeding speed can provide design evidence for accurate pre -location in paper feeding process .
