目的 分析泪小管炎伴泪小管结石的手术方法及其效果.方法 泪小管炎伴泪小管结石21例(21眼)分别施行不同方式的泪小管切开探查结石取出手术;随访3～12个月,分析手术效果.结果 21例泪小管切开探查,术中确诊率100％;其中3例经泪点的泪小管切开术中l例术后溢泪,2例复发;18例经皮肤的泪小管切开术均获得治愈.结论 经皮肤的泪小管切开术效果确切,无明显并发症.

목적 분석루소관염반루소관결석적수술방법급기효과.방법 루소관염반루소관결석21례(21안)분별시행불동방식적루소관절개탐사결석취출수술;수방3～12개월,분석수술효과.결과 21례루소관절개탐사,술중학진솔100％;기중3례경루점적루소관절개술중l례술후일루,2례복발;18례경피부적루소관절개술균획득치유.결론 경피부적루소관절개술효과학절,무명현병발증.
Objective To analyse the curative effect of surgery for the canaliculitis with canalicular lithiasis.Methods Twenty-one eyes of 21 cases of canaliculitis with canalicular lithiasis received canaliculotomy for exploration and removal of the canalicular concretion.All cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months.The effect of surgery was analyzed.Results Twenty-one cases of canaliculitis with canalicular lithiasis were canaliculotomied.The diagnose was proved during the operation.Three cases underwent the surgery through punctum and epiphora happened in 1 case after the operation and 2 cases had the recurrence of the disease.Eighteen cases through skin were cured and the cure rate was 100％.Conclusion The curative effect of canaliculotomy through the skin is excellent without obvious complications.
