GRB7及其家族成员GRB10和GRB14都是重要的衔接蛋白，含有3种结构区域：N端的富含脯氨酸区、中间的GM区和C端的SH2结构域。 GRB7家族蛋白通过与不同酪氨酸激酶受体及其他含磷氨基酸蛋白相互作用调控许多细胞的功能，如细胞迁移、肿瘤发生、基因表达、血管形成、胚胎发育和代谢调控等。描述了grb7、grb10和grb14的生物学功能和涉及的表达调控机制。

The growth factor receptor bound 7(GRB7), 10(GRB10) and 14(GRB14) are very important adaptors.They have three distinct functional regions such as a lot of proline in their N terminal, the GM domain in the mesial district and a SH2 domain in their C terminal.The GRB7 protein family regulates multiple cellular functions such as cell migration, tumorigenesis, gene expression, an-giogenesis, embryonic development and metabolism regulation, etc, by interacting with different tyrosine kinase receptors and other phosphor-tyrosine proteins.This article summarized the biological functions and the genetic variation of the gene of the growth factor re-ceptor bound 7(GRB7), the growth factor receptor bound 10(GRB10) and the growth factor receptor bound 14(GRB14).
