目的 探讨后巩膜加固联合玻璃体切除及环黄斑内界膜撕除治疗高度近视黄斑劈裂的方法与疗效.方法 2011年10月至2014年2月于我院住院的高度近视黄斑劈裂12例(12只眼),进行后巩膜加固联合玻璃体切除及环黄斑内界膜撕除,全氟丙烷(C3Fs)填充.术后随访6～12个月,观察术后视力、屈光、眼轴及黄斑厚度的变化.结果 最佳矫正视力(log Mar):术前0.74±0.32,术后0.53 ±0.37;眼轴术前(28.24 ±0.75) mm,术后(27.97±0.95) mm;屈光度:术前(-14.51±3.04)D,术后(-14.05 ±2.87)D;黄斑厚度:术前(437.92±25.69) μm,术后(256.54±40.70) μm;各指标手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 后巩膜加固联合玻璃体切除及环黄斑内界膜撕除治疗高度近视黄斑劈裂的手术安全有效.

목적 탐토후공막가고연합파리체절제급배황반내계막시제치료고도근시황반벽렬적방법여료효.방법 2011년10월지2014년2월우아원주원적고도근시황반벽렬12례(12지안),진행후공막가고연합파리체절제급배황반내계막시제,전불병완(C3Fs)전충.술후수방6～12개월,관찰술후시력、굴광、안축급황반후도적변화.결과 최가교정시력(log Mar):술전0.74±0.32,술후0.53 ±0.37;안축술전(28.24 ±0.75) mm,술후(27.97±0.95) mm;굴광도:술전(-14.51±3.04)D,술후(-14.05 ±2.87)D;황반후도:술전(437.92±25.69) μm,술후(256.54±40.70) μm;각지표수술전후비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 후공막가고연합파리체절제급배황반내계막시제치료고도근시황반벽렬적수술안전유효.
Objective To investigate the method and efficacy of posterior sclera reinforcement combined with vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane peeling around macular for the treatment of foveoschisis (macular retinoschisis) in high myopia.Methods From October 2011 to February 2014,12 eyes of 12 highly myopic patients with foveoschisis were treated with posterior sclera reinforcement and vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling around macular and perfluoropropane tamponade.The changes of vision,refractive diopter,eye axis and macular thickness after the operation were observed.Postoperative follow-up time was 6 to 12 months.Results Preoperatively,the vision (log MAR) was 0.74 ± 0.32,the eye axis was (28.24 ± 0.75) mm,the refractive diopter was (-14.51 ± 3.04) D,and the macular thickness was (437.92 ± 25.69) μm,while the vision was 0.53 ± 0.37,the eye axis was (27.97 ± 0.95) mm,the refractive diopter was (-14.05 ± 2.87) D,and the macular thickness was (256.54 ± 40.70) μm after the operation.There were statistically significant differences in all indexes between before and after the operation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The posterior sclera reinforcement combined with vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane peeling around macular is a safe and effective treatment for foveoschisis in high myopia.
