酒精糟液作为酒精企业生产过程中的大宗废水,虽有多种处理方法,但又各有缺点,在生产过程中不能得到良好运行。本工艺将厌氧处理后的沼液创新性资源化,与饲料清液、蒸馏残液共同回用于酒精生产中,不仅大幅减少了酒精生产中的污水排放,更显著节约了拌料用自来水,降低了污水处理运行成本,还可节省尿素的用量,带来了十分可观的社会和经济效益。
酒精糟液作為酒精企業生產過程中的大宗廢水,雖有多種處理方法,但又各有缺點,在生產過程中不能得到良好運行。本工藝將厭氧處理後的沼液創新性資源化,與飼料清液、蒸餾殘液共同迴用于酒精生產中,不僅大幅減少瞭酒精生產中的汙水排放,更顯著節約瞭拌料用自來水,降低瞭汙水處理運行成本,還可節省尿素的用量,帶來瞭十分可觀的社會和經濟效益。

Spent grains liquid of ethyl alcohol, as the major wastewater in alcohol enterprises, could be treated by various methods. However, those methods have disadvantages more or less, thus could not achieve excellent operation in practice. In this study, biogas slurry after the inno-vative treatment (anaerobic treatment), together with fodder supernatant and residual liquid after distillation, were used to produce ethyl alco-hol, which could not only greatly reduce wastewater drainage in alcohol production, but also significantly save the use amount of water, reduce the processing costs for polluted water, and save the use amount of urea. Such technical improvement could produce considerable social and economic profits.
