随着我国市场经济的不断进步，我国对建筑行业的要求也变得越来越高，加之土木建筑行业在中国社会发展中的重要作用，我们必须对土木建筑施工中的一些问题做详细的研究，并努力想出对策。笔者从现阶段土木建筑施工过程中常见的问题出发，对这些方面的问题作出详细的论述。最后，笔者针对这些问题为土木建筑施工提出几点建议。
隨著我國市場經濟的不斷進步，我國對建築行業的要求也變得越來越高，加之土木建築行業在中國社會髮展中的重要作用，我們必鬚對土木建築施工中的一些問題做詳細的研究，併努力想齣對策。筆者從現階段土木建築施工過程中常見的問題齣髮，對這些方麵的問題作齣詳細的論述。最後，筆者針對這些問題為土木建築施工提齣幾點建議。

along with the continuous progress of China’s market economy,requirements of the con-struction industry in our country has become increasingly high,coupled with civil construction in-dustry in China’s social development in the important role,we must do detailed research on some problems in the civil construction,and strive to come up with countermeasures.The author from the present stage of the construction process of civil construction common problems,to make a de-tailed discussion of these aspects.At last,the author puts forward some suggestions for the con-struction of civil engineering.
