通过某大型工业建设项目的试桩工作,针对 PHC预应力管桩、长螺旋后插钢筋笼灌注桩、后压浆长螺旋后插钢筋笼灌注桩分别进行了静载荷试验。根据试验结果及调查,认为针对该地区的地层,该三种施工工艺都是适合的。通过单桩承载力分析,得出后压浆可以提高灌注桩承载力30%以上。在该地区施工长螺旋后插钢筋笼灌注桩时,后插钢筋笼的质量对成桩影响很大,在施工时应引起注意。

the static load test of a large scale industrial construction proj ect is carried out,aiming at the PHC prestressed pipe pile,the long screw and the post grouting pile,and the post grouting long screw.According to the results of the experiment and investigation,it is believed that the three kinds of construction technology are suitable for the area.Through the analysis of the bearing ca-pacity of single pile,the post grouting can improve the bearing capacity of cast-in-place pile 30%or more.In this area,the quality of the post bar cage has a great influence on the construction of the reinforced bar cage.
