目的：探究在冠心病治疗中综合心理治疗的影响。方法选取我院在2014年5月～2015年5月收治的冠心病患者80例患者，采用抽签的方式将其分为对照组和观察组，两组患者均采用相同的治疗和护理方法，而观察组在此基础上给予综合心理治疗方式，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率及住院天数均明显优于对照组，且差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在冠心病治疗中采用综合心理治疗方式可提升治疗效果。

목적：탐구재관심병치료중종합심리치료적영향。방법선취아원재2014년5월～2015년5월수치적관심병환자80례환자，채용추첨적방식장기분위대조조화관찰조，량조환자균채용상동적치료화호리방법，이관찰조재차기출상급여종합심리치료방식，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조적치료총유효솔급주원천수균명현우우대조조，차차이명현，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재관심병치료중채용종합심리치료방식가제승치료효과。
Objective Explore the combined effects of psychotherapy in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Admitted to our hospital during the May 2014 to May 2015 80 patients with coronary heart disease, the use of drawing lots will be divided into a control group and the observation group, patients in both groups with the same treatment and care, and the observation group were comprehensive psychological treatment based on this, the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results Treatment observation group total effective rate and the number of days of hospitalization were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was significant, statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In coronary artery disease in an integrated psychological treatment can improve the therapeutic effect.
