根据油井防砂及产量要求,设计大尺寸割缝筛管替换小尺寸筛管,并使其与小尺寸筛管的强度相当。建立了割缝筛管受力分析的有限元模型,对?177?8 mm (7 in )割缝筛管进行应力校核,确定?177?8 mm筛管在拉伸、压缩和径向挤压3种载荷下的局部应力最大值,并将其作为?244?5 mm (9? in)筛管的设计参照值。在同时满足拉伸、压缩和径向挤压3种载荷条件下,大尺寸割缝筛管若采用交错布缝方式,最大周向缝数为73条,若采用平行布缝方式,最大周向缝数为70条。经现场验证,设计结果满足油田产量和强度要求,保证了油气井安全高效生产。
