①目的通过对肝性脑病患者血清甲状腺激素水平的比较,观察血清甲状腺激素水平与肝硬化肝性脑病严重程度之间的关系。②方法将85例肝硬化并发肝性脑病患者按Davidson标准分期,每期各为1组。将同期住院的80例未并发肝性脑病的肝硬化患者作为肝硬化对照组,全部患者在进行分期判断同时进行血清甲状腺激素(包括 T3、T3、TT4、FT4、RT3及TSH)水平测定和统计学分析。③结果随着肝硬化肝性脑病分期的上升,血清甲状腺激素(T3、FT3、T4、FT4)呈不同程度的下降,具有统计学意义( P <00.5),尤其以FT3变化最显著。④结论随着肝硬化肝性脑病病变程度的进展,血清甲状腺激素水平呈现下降的趋势。因此,血清甲状腺激素水平的测定有助于评估肝硬化肝性脑病的严重程度。

Objective To observe the correlation between the levels of thyroid hormones with the stages of hepatic encephalopathy by analying the levels of thyroid hormones in patients with C -type hepatic encephalopathy .Methods 85 patients with hepatic encephalopathy were divided into 5 groups by Davidson standards ,80 cirrhosis patients without hepatic encephalopathy were treated as cirrhosis group ,All patients were tested thyroid hormone levels (including T3 ,T3 ,TT4 ,FT4 ,RT3 and TSH) and to be analyzed statistically .Results With the rise of liver encephalopathy staging ,the levels of ser‐um thyroid hormone (T3 ,FT3 ,T4 ,FT4) are declined with statistical significance ,Especially the FT3 . Conclusion With the progress of hepatic encephalopathy ,serum thyroid hormone levels showed a downward trend ,therefore ,serum thyroid hormone levels can be used a marker to help assessing the severity of Hepatic encephalopathy .
