提出了一种测定土壤有效硼的改进方法,用普通的聚四氟乙烯烧杯加盖直接煮沸法提取土壤中的有效硼,等离子体原子发射光谱法代替传统比色法测定提取溶液中有效硼的含量,方法检出限为0.02μg/g,准确度RE<5%,精密度RSD<6%,实际样品的加标回收率在92%~102%之间。方法操作简便,重现性好,准确度高,适合批量样品的检测。

The improved method was established for determination of soil available B by ICP-AES instead of traditional colorimetry, with ordinary Teflon Beaker of boiling direct extraction. The detection limits of the method was 0. 02 μg/g and accuracy ( RE ) was less than 5%. The relative standard deviation ( RSD ) was less than 6% and average recovery was 92% ~102%. The method was simple, stable, accurate and suitable for the analysis of mass samples.
