石榴石中稀土元素对揭示成矿物质来源、成矿流体的性质和矿床成因均具有十分重要的意义,但传统分析方法难以准确测定其稀土元素的含量,本文采用高压封闭分解石榴石单矿物,经氢型阳离子交换树脂分离富集稀土元素,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法( ICP-MS)对石榴石单矿物中14个痕量稀土元素进行测定,用103 Rh 和185 Re作内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移。本方法建立的树脂分离富集稀土元素的流程,分离效果好,方法回收率为81.3%~107.6%,方法精密度( RSD)为0.86%~2.64%,检出限为0.003~0.015μg/L。

The research of the rare earth elements ( REES ) in garnet has very important significance to determine the source of ore-forming materials, the nature of ore-forming fluid and genesis. But the content of rare earth elements in garnet cannot be determined accurately by the traditional analysis method. The monomineralic rocks of garnet were decomposed with high-pressure closed, trace REEs were preconcentrated and separated by ion exchange chromatography, and determined by ICP-MS. Two internal standards of 103 Rh and 185 Re were selected to compensate the drift of analytical signals and correct matrix effects. The method of establishing the resin separation and enrichment of rare earth elements had a good separation effect. The recoveries of the method were in the range of 81. 3% ~107. 6% and the precisions were 0. 86% ~2. 64%, the detect ion limits of REEs were 0. 003~0. 015 μg/L.
