目的：研究消化内科老年患者护理过程中存在的安全隐患提出解决对策。方法选择我院自2013年3月～2015年3月收治的186名消化内科老年患者，其中发生安全事故的有13例，分析这些发生安全事件的病例，探索更好的护理模式。结果对消化内科老年患者采取科学积极的护理措施，降低了发生事故的概率。结论老年患者消化内科护理具有一定的特殊性，该文提出的在实际工作中有针对性的调整、改善护理措施的方法值得临床广泛借鉴。

ObjectiveTo study the safety problems in the nursing process of elderly patients in the Department of internal medicine.Methods186 elderly patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were treated with 13 cases of safety accidents, and to explore the better nursing mode.ResultsThe nursing measures for elderly patients in the Department of internal medicine were taken to reduce the probability of accidents.ConclusionThe nursing of elderly patients with Department of internal medicine nursing has some special characteristics, the paper put forward in the practical work of the targeted adjustment, improve the nursing measures of the method is worthy of clinical extensive reference.
