研究了小檗碱和溴酚蓝相互作用的荧光光谱,小檗碱能使溴酚蓝的荧光发生猝灭,猝灭强度随小檗碱浓度改变发生线性变化,相关系数为0.9998,线性范围为0.207~26μg·mL-1,检出限为0.062μg·mL-1,运用于血清和复方黄连素片小檗碱的测定,结果让人满意。据此提出了一种测定小檗碱的新方法。
